I am pleased to see you taking the next step to getting control or your blood sugar. If reversal/remission is your goal, I encourage you to work diligently to identify your triggers. Follow all the advice provided. This program is laid out and many can complete successfully without the need for direct coaching. You can always tag me in the community section @kristinemaggs as I do moderate the group and add advice and assistance where possible.
